Scrapbooking: A way to connect to soldiers at war

Military wives have found a creative way to document their children and family’s lives while their husband are deployed around the world.

According to Amy Casner, a military wife who makes elaborate scrapbooks to document the lives of her children, “It passes the time and I enjoy doing it. Anything he’s missed, especially since they’re younger, it keeps him in tune with what’s going on,” she says.
