Scrapbook “Green” Projects and Prima’s ‘Go Green’ Contest
As a business and project management consultant in my ‘day job’, I get to manage various projects. One of my favourite projects is those that promote ‘environmental sustainability’, it’s good that in their own small way, there are bloggers out there who promote the ‘green’ way, that is, recycling old materials into creative works of art!
One such blogger is Iris Uy who have 2 ‘green’ project as part of Prima’s ‘Go Green’ contest:

Iris says: Prima is having a “Go Green” feature over at the blog. We are trying to create projects from the packaging materials. Here is what I did with the Painterly Petals container. I loved that it came with a black and white printed backing paper so I used that for the background. Next, the flowers were held by a plastic container that was slightly lifted from the box. I used these as holders for my pictures. I just added some flowers and crystals.

We are still doing some Go-Green projects over at Prima so I decided to make a mother’s day project using one of the packaging tin cans of Prima. This was so easy and quick to make. Just sharing a simple idea for a project which you can make for your mom or for yourself.
If you want to enter a layout in Prima’s ‘Go Green’ Contest, you still have time. Deadline for entries is not until 30 May!
