The Mad Cropper

Scrap Room ENVY

by Christine on June 23rd, 2006

Yes, I am developing a serious ENVY disorder.

But how could you not when you check out what this lucky, lucky fellow mad cropper’s got????

No, it’s NOT a scrapbook store! It’s Gemm’s personal hobby room. Oooohhhh, I’d like to be her new best friend! I want to come out and play!

I must not covet.
I must not covet.
I must not covet.

Wow! What I want to know is whether she spends more time organizing or creating? I don’t have half as much as she does but I find myself organizing more than creating LOs. I not only envy her organized space but I think I envy all her stuff more!

Holy crap!!! That’s an amazing space! I thought my room was cool, but I now have new aspirations to have a new room and for it to look like that…it’s perfect!

OMG, what an amazing room, this would be my dream, organised and no chaos.

It’s truly an amazing room. What an investment though…scrapbooking is fun,(& I’m probably the only one that feels this way) but I don’t want anything taking over my life, my finances or my space to that extent. If you have enough materials on hand to fill a room, and you’re not teaching classes or running an scrapbooking store - you’ve spent way to much money!

This is incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it! It’s an absolute dream room. Scrapbooking is the only thing I don’t feel guilty about spending money on. :-) But, I do have a limit. :-) So, dream on for me.

Loving the space but it looks like she is a big time collector. I looked up and found some amazing projects that she has done but come on, does any one person really need that much stuff. I have a great room but I make sure to use what I have, not collect too much. I do have a collection but every few months I clean out and give away what I think I will not use.

audrey, you are obviously not a true scrapper when you can ask such a question as to does one person really need that much stuff. of course you do because you want every layout to be different and unque in its own little way. i think the room rocks!!!

I’ve seen this when she posted it. EVERYTHING is still in it’s original packaging. If you notice, even the CUTTING mat is still wrapped in cellophane. It seems pretty weird to me to buy all of that stuff and then not take it out of the packaging.

It’s nice, but suspicious to me….

I agree with Krissy, everything is still in its original packages. I don’t know about the rest of you ladies, but I open everything as soon as it hits my scrap room:) It’s nice to look at, but it does not look “created” in.

Lovely room, I want one! For all the negative Nancy’s, perhaps she just won the lottery and decided to make this awesome room and buy all new stuff to fill it…I would do that :P
