The Mad Cropper - All About Scrapbooking

Photo tip from Becky Higgins

by Christine on February 28th, 2007

Want to learn something new from one of the hottest Scrapbooking Divas in the entire planet?

Here’s a tip from Becky Higgins of Creating Keepsakes:

Q: Becky, can you share some tips for photographing items that won’t otherwise fit in my scrapbooks?

A: Try to use natural light but not direct sunlight when photographing objects. Your garage is a good place to shoot. Don’t use a flash and choose a simple black or white background to keep the photos timeless. Add visual interest to your photos by shooting from different angles.
