The Circle Scissor Plus (#EKCS03) is a tool that can CUT and DRAW an infinite number of circles, ranging from 1″ to 6″! It cuts in both directions and has a swivel handle for one-step cutting. The Circle Scissor Plus’s gripper feet prevent slipping, and the large comfort grip area holds the tool in place. Draw using multiple pen sizes with the attachment for pens and pencils (adjusts to pen/pencil size). Product works best if used on a glass surface.
