Isn’t this a great scrapbook layout? I love the colors used by Teresa Collins. It’s so funny though, the title is meant to be “Precious Angel” but she creatd this layout at 3am (so she must be zonkers by then!) and mis-spelt the ‘angel’ to ‘angle’. According to Teresa, this error has been corrected :-)
